Mr Richard Yannarelli taught biology at Hackensack High School from September 1969 until September 1994, when he was appointed Chair of the Mathematics and Science Departments. In September 2002, being Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Mathematics and Science grades 7-12 was added to his responsibilities. In October 2003, he was elected Principal of Hackensack Middle School by the Hackensack Board of Education.
